Sales Tax Exemption
Many individuals or business customers make purchases that qualify for tax exemption. If your purchases qualify for exemptions, we're here to help you. During the checkout process, you can upload your tax exemption form, and it will be reviewed by a customer service representative. Your credit card will not be processed until the review is complete and we will contact you via email or telephone with any questions or issues. Once your tax-exempt status is confirmed, we will remove the tax from your order, charge your card, and send a new receipt.
Additionally, customers making a tax-exempt purchase can email [email protected] and include:
- Organization name
- Contact name
- Contact phone number
- Shipping address
- Exemption form
We will contact you directly. If you have already paid sales tax for an order and believe you qualify as tax exempt, please contact us at 1-800-934-9194.
