#sweepstakes So happy we upgraded to these Midea U-Shaped air conditioners. They are so much quieter than our old air conditioners and I feel safer having the windows mostly closed. They are so much more efficient and keep our house very cool at lower settings, so looking forward to see how much lower my electric bill is this month compared to last month and last year. One month in, the unit is powerful, quiet and reliable. The install was tricky because our Pella windows didn't conform well to the instructions leaving me to experiment with the insulation blocks. Which was just unsuccessful enough to cause me to purchase more foam insulation (black) leaving an unattractive install.
